Rebuild Credit--Four Months at a Time

Rebuilding your credit score involves getting your credit report--ideally, from all three major credit reporting agencies. And, there's any easy way to make that a free deal. Since you're entitled to a free report once a year, go to www.annualcreditreport.com every four months. Just make sure you choose a different report each time you check. It's free and a great way to keep track of changes and potential errors.
